Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

Cancellation Deadline

The cancellation period ends 30 days from:

• The date you received the goods, or

• The date a third party, other than the carrier and appointed by you, takes possession of the delivered product.

How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

Reimbursement

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order.

• No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

1. The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

2. The goods must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods:

• Customized or personalized goods.

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.

• Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

• Return Address:

• Responsibility:
  You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

• Recommendation:
  Use an insured and trackable mail service to avoid damage or loss during return shipment. Refunds will not be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return's value. A gift certificate will be sent upon receipt of the returned product.

• If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
