Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made between Maneuver Digital Marketing Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") whose details are provided below, for sales conducted electronically.

Article 1 - Parties

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of services sold by the Seller to the Buyer electronically.

Article 3 - Services

The Seller undertakes to provide the following services to the Buyer:

1. Digital marketing consultancy

2. Social media management

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services

4. Content creation and strategy

5. Digital advertising management

Article 4 - Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is determined according to the type and scope of the service and is specified in the annex of this agreement, agreed upon by the parties. The Buyer agrees and undertakes to pay the service fee according to the specified payment plan.

Article 5 - Service Performance Duration

The Seller undertakes to perform the services specified under this agreement within the period agreed upon with the Buyer. The performance duration of the service starts and ends on the dates determined by the parties.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded, without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage medium within this period.

Article 7 - Confidentiality and Security

The parties undertake to keep confidential all commercial information and documents learned within the scope of this agreement and not to share them with third parties.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.

Article 9 - Effective Date

This agreement comes into effect upon electronic approval by the parties.
