Distance Sales Agreement

Article 2 - Subject

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of services provided by the Seller to the Buyer electronically, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Article 3 - Services

The Seller agrees to provide the following services to the Buyer:

• Digital marketing consultancy

• Social media management

• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) services

• Content creation and strategy

• Digital advertising management

Article 4 - Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is determined based on the type and scope of the service and is specified in the annex to this Agreement. The Buyer agrees to pay the service fee in accordance with the payment plan outlined and agreed upon by both parties.

Article 5 - Service Delivery

The Seller agrees to deliver the services specified in this Agreement within the timeframe agreed upon by the parties. The start and completion dates for the services will be confirmed in writing.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of the Agreement being concluded, without providing any reason or incurring a penalty. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via a durable medium within this period.

Article 7 - Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all commercial information and documents obtained under this Agreement as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Article 9 - Effective Date

This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic confirmation by both parties.
